How do I cancel a booking?
Open Bookings in your account, choose the reservation and tap Cancel. Cancellation windows and any deposit terms are shown before you confirm.
Will I be charged a deposit?
Most tables are free to book. Some high-demand restaurants and all experiences may require a deposit or prepaid ticket — you’ll always see this up front.
How do Tablevent credits work?
Credits apply automatically at checkout and never expire. Earn them by referring friends or as part of Tablevent Premium.

For restaurants

How long does onboarding take?
Most restaurants are live within a few days. We help you import tables, set hours and connect Stripe so payouts land directly in your account.
When do I get paid?
Ticket and deposit revenue is paid out directly via Stripe on your own schedule — Tablevent never holds your money.
Do I own my guest data?
Yes. Your guest CRM is yours to export at any time. No platform lock-in.
